This Week. FAIL.

Just when this week (and by week I mean 11 days in a row of work without a break) couldn't get any better, this happens.

And the best part? The food snatcher not only finished my first box of meatless chicken patties, but they had the gall to open the second. You need money? Food stamps? I'll buy you lunch. Just don't eat my food.

Hold. Me. Back.

at work? at abc? dude this is a facebook post, not a restaurant review?? come on. That's super gay, but yeah when people leave food in the fridge at work, i usually gobble it down unless it's claimed.

The same thing was happening to a coworker of mine - someone was stealing his soda. So he started using a bicycle lock to attach the can (via the pull tab) to the refrigerator shelf. Seemed to work.

Maybe you should wrap your items in several layers of plastic bags so it's not so tempting, plus it would be an annoyance for the pilferer to unwrap stuff. And stick some dye packs in there while you're at it....

LOL! Sorry to laugh. Same thing has been happening at my job, where someone is stealing other people's lucnch from the fridge. Times are truly rough, I suppose (but it's no excuse to steal).

Another person has been moving my food around the fridge. Friday, I decided to make my own personal fridge -- a plastic bowl with ice chips that sits on my desk. LOL! The ice doesn't melt till 12 noon. So, my food is kept cool for a while.

Good luck.

paz, i love that solution. and yes, while annoying i certainly laughed at my "predicament." who are these people?!? do they think i'm not going to miss an entire box of frozen food? it's one thing if they steal a cracker from a cracker box or a handful of cereal or a glass of milk...
