The Palm

As far as dinner options are concerned, I'm not a fan of chains anything. But as there's an exception to every rule, Palm is my exception...
Every time I go here, I have a great evening, a great meal, and leave feeling happy and content. What more can you ask of a restaurant experience?
Warm friendly staff, and I always know the server's name by the end of the evening...and great steaks, whichever size you're feeling like. I will usually get the 12ounce and my boyfriend and hungry brother might get the 18 ounce. My parents are huge veal milanese fans and they love Palm's version...
As for appetizers the calamari is always good, and my dad's a huge fan of the cottage fries. The only thing special about them is they're homemade potato chips. My mom can't really see what all the buzz is about, but for a chip-lover like my dad, they're heaven.
Much like sparks, you get your meat and sides a la carte...go for the creamed spinach...sweet and delicious , and the mashers.
If you travel and want to go somewhere you know, you can always depend on the Palm in one of its many city locations. They even have a "frequent diners" card, called the 837, which my dad has. You accumulate points every time you eat and eventually can get something special with those points..

The big time Palm restaurant opened a restaurant in San Diego about a year and a half ago. The entrance is on the corner of 6th and J Downtown. the entrance to the kitchen is on 7th, they have left their trash cans on the sidewalk 24 7, the crap leaks out and runs across the sidewalk into the gutter. they prop the door open so the rats have a straight shot to the kitchen, luck for us they are not doing much business
